So, I’m posting here an example of the facial rig I’m trying to do for this character. There is nothing new in this Rig. You probably have seen it before. I think It’s something similar to Blur’s Doritos (Not sure)…. but in this case I’m using joints with setdriven keys instead of blendshapes.
I’ve just finished my new character… and it’s ready to animate ![]()

Talking lemons…. this is what I had been working on during my stay at Conspiracao Filmes (2004/2005).
My job included lighting and animation but I also did the shading, textures and a little bit of rigging for 7 of those commercials together with a team of 6 3D artists
AND… my former Boss Gustavo Braga is going to do a Renderman for Maya presentation about those lemons on Siggraph 2006 at Pixar’s booth (Tuesday and Wednesday, August 1st and 2nd at 4 pm). So, if you are going to be there, go check it out.
